Polk County Courthouse

Completed in 1907, the Polk County Courthouse is a focal point in Bolivar, MO. With its beautiful Romanesque architecture, it continues to serve the community as a landmark as well as a place of business.

The Polk County Courthouse now has a new main number.

We are in the process of replacing a bridge located on S 244 road, approx. 1/10 of a mile south of E 535. The contractor has closed that section of road for the duration of construction. the Construction could take up to 90 days, with a proposed completion date of May 31, 2025, depending on the weather conditions during the construction period.
